We will not sacrifice quality in an effort to rush orders. Your complete satisfaction is our goal!

We are but TWO PEOPLE, and the wait times for our high quality products can be weeks/months depending on our volume of orders, health issues, and time of year.

Please do not expect periodic "updates" on the status of your order. We are not Amazon, and answering emails and phone calls about order updates only keeps us from our work and makes everyone's wait longer. There are truly only two of us managing all aspects of the business, and it is best for all when we can work without interruptions.
